 Other Experience and Qualification

Mr. Lovett has provided fire protection consulting services for a large variety of occupancies and construction types. He has performed numerous site surveys, fire safety evaluations (FSES), fire protection design analysis, code analysis and prepared fire protection/life safety drawings.

His fire protection system design experience includes preparation of specifications and design drawings, cost estimating, review of construction documents, and conducting construction inspections and acceptance tests for automatic sprinkler systems and fire detection and alarm systems.

Mr. Lovett has worked as a fire protection engineer on an assortment of private and government projects. He is familiar with the code requirements and workings of the various governmental agencies.

Mr. Lovett is a full member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the International Code Council (ICC). He earned several NCPCCI certifications including Fire Protection - General and Plan Review, ICC Certified Building Official, as well as ICBO certifications for Building Inspector.
